Jacq begon met het maken van geluiden na een ontmoeting met een groep Nederlandse makers in haar woonplaats Brno in 2015. Sindsdien is ze niet meer weg te denken uit de scene. De laatste jaren werkt ze met ERROR Instruments en geeft ze regelmatig workshops en experimentele optredens.

Haar belangrijkste drijfveer is het verbinden van de noise community in steden waar experimentele muziek niet zo bekend is. Zo combineren makers in Teheran en Bangkok traditionele instrumenten in hun set-ups om hun eigen DIY-projecten te ontwikkelen.

Jacq got to know a group of Dutch makers while she was living in Brno in 2015. This was the source of the inspiration to start making noises. From that moment she has been around the scene to solder and perform with her case. In the last years she has been working with ERROR Instruments, hosting the workshops and performing experimental music.

The main inspiration for her is connecting with the noise community in cities where experimental music isn’t so common. A big impact was visiting Tehran and Bangkok, also to see how they combine traditional instruments in their set-ups or develop their own DIY projects.
